URL/Permalink customization for Taxonomy/Term archive & post

Great Plugin, thanks.

I have a CPT called “Provider”, taxonomy called “State” and a term called “Alabama”.

Is it possible to change the following URL structure from:

1. http://localhost/state/alabama
(to view all the providers from Alabama)

2. http://localhost/providers/some-provider-in-alabama
(added a post under CPT provider and choose AL from State)

to

1. http://localhost/alabama
2. http://localhost/alabama/some-provider-in-alabama

I am using:
WP 3.9.2
Taxonomy Template “taxonomy-state.php”
