   Please help!

   My website is published to my desktop by iweb location: file:///Users/nathanrobertson/Desktop/Fiat500classic.co.uk/Welcome.html

   MAMP mysql and Apache servers start okay but the page start goes to file page not found. It's url is: file:///Users/nathanrobertson/Desktop/Fiat500classic.co.uk/Welcome.html

   In the MAMP user panel the start page url is entered as: //users/nathanrobertson/Desktop/Fiat500classic.co.uk/Welcome.html

   What have I got wrong. I'm no developer (not yet anyway)... but any help would be greatly received.

   That's not a WordPress question at this point, and is a MAMP one.

   The standard MAMP URL is http://localhost:8888 or http://localhost.

   Thanks for the info... apologies for the poor forum etiquette. At this stage most things to do with Web Dev are a little foggy.
