URL showing a mess (2 step problem)

Hi,

This is a bit complex so please stick with me:

I have a WP that at http://checkin-marketing.co.il/, but when you go into a page the URL shows: http://50.87.144.95/~tomer621/checkin-marketing.co.il/%D7%A9%D7%99%D7%A8%D7%95%D7%AA%D7%99%D7%9D/ which is my hosting ftp.

now i have a new URL (changing the name to: Onthemap.co.il), so i need to have it directed to the WP and to get rid of that IP mambo jambo.

I have the DNS pointing to my hosting at Hostgator (where the WP is).

I’d appreciate both the steps i need to take and some explanations so i learn as much as possible from the process.
