It appears that my site is not showing any of my CSS when I go to the URL, unless I'm logged in the wp-admin (then it all shows fine). I've tried de-activating several plugins and checked with my host - not sure why the CSS is not showing. - http://www.newmommy.org

When I validate the site it gives a File Not Found error (see below) that I went in to look for - I can't find it either, but I'm not sure if I should change this or what the right way to do this is.

File not found: http://www.newmommy.org/wp-content/w3tc/min/cf5333c52b7a3a3c6d38b6c62d807a01.434158815.css: Not Found

Another note, when I go to analyze this on my Host's Control Panel an error comes up reading "Your CGI will be available in a few minutes. If, however, it is not, please enable CGI manually." - it has been this way for roughly 8 hours.

Gave up and uninstalled the Total Cache plugin - too much headache at the moment
