URL Issues – Can’t Get to My Site – Please Help :(

I tried everything in the instructions that I found on the site to get my site back, but none of it worked (assuming I’m doint it right). How can I get logged back in when my URLs are missing in my setting? I accidentally deleted them, and now the blog doesn’t know where to point.

Please help me if you can.
