I've been wrestling with this one for months now. If you click on anything in my site, RSS, ATOM feeds, Plugins with Digg or Technorati, all of these links have the incomplete URL of cgi/wp/... instead of http://thefilmchair.com/cgi/wp/...

siteurl and home are set to http://thefilmchair.com/ in phpMyAdmin and WordPress 2.0.4 (A Freeservers AutoInstall) doesn't appear to support changing the URI in Options.

I'm very lost and very frustrated because Freeservers tech support doesn't appear to think this is a problem.

That's the nature of "autoinstalls". They never do what you want. They do what the owner of the server tells them to do: in this freeservers.

If you want control - never use any autoinstall.

Furthermore: your feeds are OK http://thefilmchair.com/cgi/wp/?feed=rss2
Just remove the word "feed" from the beginning of the link.

As for your social bookmark links - you have a relative path to the js script in the head of your page, that might be a problem...

I saw the relative path. I just don't know how to get it to be a full path.

Does WP only go back one directory automatically? It has that extra folder "cgi" that other WP blogs don't seem to have? Is there a way to change that relative path?
