   Hi... I've been using the 404 error plugin to clean up my blog of some misguided issues... and here's one report that I just can't pinpoint. It happens with other posts as well and I get it say once every 30-50 visits:
   404 Report - a file not found error was registered on your site.

   Any idea on what could prompt this? I've been unable to reproduce it myself and I've tried hard :)
