Url adding strange characters on some posts (6 posts)

On some of my blog posts, the browser shows the correct link, but when someone attempts to copy and paste it, adds a bunch of random characters. Heres an example:

Actual permalink (as typed in under edit post):

    http://www.diettips53.com/jump-rope-training/
    Shows page not found

When i manually navigate to the post and copy and re-paste the url i get:

    http://www.diettips53.com/jum%D1%80-r%D0%BE%D1%80%D0%B5-%D1%82r%D0%B0%D1%96n%D1%96ng/

The page can only be accessed through the second url, and not the first one, which is what is typed in as the permalink under edit post.

This is giving me a MASSIVE headache. Ive switched themes SEVERAL times, disable ALL plugins, taken the dashes from the url, but NOTHING works. And i run two blogs and the exact same thing is happening on them both. Even more, google isn't indexing the pages with this problem. Even "stranger" is that this happens on SOME posts but not all of them. Ive been going at this for 2 days before caving in, Help! :(

Yes, that one opens fine, but try this one:

    http://www.diettips53.com/jump-rope-training/
    Not Found!

    now try this:

    http://www.diettips53.com/jum%D1%80-r%D0%BE%D1%80%D0%B5-%D1%82r%D0%B0%D1%96n%D1%96ng/

And when you copy and paste the second one, it magically transforms into the first url, but the post cannot be navigated to by typing in the first url. Even from the homepage when i hover the mouse over the post link, it appears as the first one.

That is because you have error in link click edit on the post and in permalinks check you will see error training is spelled right.

I have double checked this at least 20 times already and there is no error in the permalink structure that I typed in. Even if i rewrite it and take out the dashes I get the same thing. Besides, even if something was "mispelled", WordPress shouldn't render the link this way. At this point I'm beginning to think it could be a database or server issue, but who knows.

ps. I intalled WordPress directly from the cpanel instead of manually. I'm thinking I may need to reinstall.

Did you try and switch to default permalinks and see if you have same problem if that works fine then switch to post name setting and save
