Urgent URL click and redirect problem

    First of all try to understand my query :-
    1. A user or admin posts a comment on blog with a url in it. Let’s take an example http://www.wordpress.org and imagine this is a website which pays to affiliates and if someone go to my affiliate URL of that website, i will get paid.

    Now, My problem is :-
    1. if i have a url link &=affi=12345
    or 2. I have a complete affliate id= http://www.wordpress.com/affi=12345

    HOW:-
    1. To automatically add my only affiliate ID to its related post. Kindly note that i have different affiliate id for different website.
    or 2. How to make someone click on my aff complete link by auto checking the posted URL in the blog or comment.

    kindly suggest me any plugin or solution which can autodetect a website name in url and add my affiliate url or link to it or completely change it.
