    Hi guys!

I work for blogs in general and in my first day of a new work, before upload a new post I decided to change the Theme. But since I've done this, now I cant access my wp-admin anymore.

The blog address is http://canelaworkshops.com.br/blog/wp-admin/ but it goes to a blank page!

The worse thing is that even the blog is out now. Accessing http://canelaworkshops.com.br/blog/ it gives me the blank page again!

I have no access to FTP or anything like that, I don't understand complicated things, I just want help to solve my problem in an easy way.

Please, someone can help me? There is any chance to go back in time and undo my changes? Or WordPress team can for any chance correct this for me?

The blog has previous entries that I CANT miss.

    Please help me.

    Thanks

I believe you will need either ftp access or access to the file manager in the hosting account control panel to fix this issue. If you don't, then perhaps contact someone who has that information?

If the only reason this happened was due to an incompatible theme issue, you can use your ftp client or the file manager in your hosts control panel to rename or delete only the new theme that you activated when the trouble started. Then revisit canelaworkshops.com.br/blog/wp-admin/ and log back in. That should reset the theme back to the default, and you can continue on from there.

    Thank you very much ClaytonJames!
With the blog adress, the Admin user and the login I have (and used to have to login and post) can I have FTP access?

I really believe the reason this happened was due to an incompatible theme. Please tell me if I can delete this new theme by myself, with the infos I have.

Or do you think that someone in staff team can do this for me?

Thank you very much again, I'm desperate.

Probably not. The username and password for the ftp account is usually completely different from wordpress user names and passwords.

You must have the ftp account user name and password information to enter in your ftp client, or the hosting account login information to log into the hosts control panel, or you must contact someone who can give you that information. I do not think you can fix this problem without it.

    :(

I'll try asking staff if they change this for me. Do you think they can?

    :/

Once again... if you know someone who has the ftp account user name and password information, or someone who has the username and password to log into the hosting company control panel, then that is how it can be fixed. Anyone who has that information and knows what to do with it should be capable of fixing the problem.
