   < Page IDs >

   Is there any solution to reset page IDs? I've deleted previous pages made in the past and started writing pages again, but the page ID starts with 31 and not 1. WHERE and HOW can I fixi this problem?

   < Page Orders >

   Setting page orders does not reflect the site layout. All the pages are set order automatically with ABC... orders and not the order I made by inputting numbers to it. Again, how can I fix this?

   < Page Deletion >

   I wonder, if there's a hack or plugin that ease the way pages are deleted. With normal installation of Strayhorn aka 1.5, you have to click each page to delete, however, if there's something like where you check the box and click on DELETE button deletes the posts chosen, that would be great.

   To reset the page IDs, you will need to either drop the table and recreate it, or try some of the tips found here: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/example-auto-increment.html

   Your lack of using google to search for resetting auto_increment fields in a mysql database does not constitute urgency on my part.

   umm, the average WP user wouldn't have a clue about 'auto_increment', what that means, or to search on it.

   I agree the 'urgent' title seems potential for abuse here, but smacking an average user with a 'use google' response is just plain wrong.

   Do not mess with page IDs. Doing so will destroy referential integrity. If you don't like how IDs are autoincremented, use permalinks so that you never see the IDs.

   Tahongawaka, you're awfully snappy for a new member. I'm sure that if Takuya had known about auto_increment fields, he would have searched.
