• This plugin is almost perfect, except for one flaw that is really bugging one of my clients. The return email they are getting replaces characters like apostrophes with the punctuation’s HTML code. For instance, instead of it saying:

“What is the Broker’s phone number?”

    It says:

“What is the Broker & # 0 3 9 ; s phone number?” (had to put spaces in or it would just have printed the punctuation)

This is only happening in the return email, but the client doesn’t like it. I’ve tried updating the plugin, and even changed the char set in wp-includes/class-phpmailer.php to “utf-8”, but nothing seems to work. If I can’t get it fixed, I’m up a creek, because I’ll have to use a different plugin, and I don’t think there is a form plugin that is customizable enough to give the client everything else they’ve requested. Contact Form 7 doesn’t even come close. Please help!
