   can't see what version...as only am able to view dashboard for a split second and then it takes me to alexarankchecker and tells me my domain name has expired - which it hasn't. I am now getting about 500 spam emails a day. This started a few days ago..very irritating. godaddy who host my blog say that it is beyond their support. Yet they also say the domain isn't expired. I haven't used the blog for a few years...been busy on another business...can you help me stop these spam emails and undo this annoying company that take over when dashboard. I literally am unable to do anything on my blog as it just takes me to another site.

   To be certain of what is happening here, you are going to your site at yoururl.com. Upon arriving, you see your site for a split second and then are forwarded to the domain alexarankchecker.com site where it tells you that your domain has expired?

   If this is the case, I am going to guess and say that your site is hijacked. They added code to your site that has it forward to another site, in your case, alexarankchecker.com.

   Now regarding the message about the domain name being expired, I believe that message applies to alexarankchecker.com, not your domain. You are seeing the message on alexarankchecker.com and not your own site, correct? If you WhoIs that site, it shows the domain expired Nov 10 of this year, close to a month ago.

   In summary, I am assuming that you site was hacked and now it forwards users to another site, and that site happens to no longer be active because of an expired domain.

   thank you for responding!! oh yes...their site has expired. I don't know why I assumed it was my site. I think that when I first saw it, I assumed it was a site that provides web domains and was falsely trying to get me to renew my site. If my site has been hijacked, what do I do?

   You can view it ok until you log in, then it leaves you at the dashboard for a split second before it reroutes it.
