Uppercase characters in root directory (3 posts)

    Hi,

For some reason the root directory in settings get converted to lowercase on save - so there's no way to save a correct path if it contains uppercase characters (I understand it's a bit uncommon situation though).

Thanks for a great plugin :)

I would like to confirm this issue and ask for an update (it's been 2 months since first reported).

I've had to create lower case sym links to the proper directory in order to get allow this plugin to access the directory.

Yes, There's a bug where having uppercase characters in a path causes issues.

It's a known incompatibility which will not be fixed anytime soon, as "fixing" it causes something else to break, which is far more common.

Sorry. For now, live with lower case paths, or if you can't, this plugin isn't for you.
