   Why would this be in an uploads section inside my themes directory?

   I might just be paranoid...

   paranoid probably - its cache - and not in your theme folder.

   I suppose you might need to know I recently was hacked. I thought I cleaned everything up but apparently not.

   Yesterday, the site in question was flooded yet again with spam links. These are added directly to my header.php just below the body tag with a hidden css property.

   This is really getting annoying.

   I think you have to change the db password so they can't hack it again.

   I'm having the same problem.
