• Using WP 3.5.1 and NextGen 1.9.12.

When I upload pictures (even just 5-6 at a time), it does not upload all of them. Rather, a small portion of them, but duplicates them up to 4 times, adding the extension _0, _1, _2, etc. to the names. I get no error messages, though sometimes it’ll give me just a white screen.

I’ve seen other threads with this problem discussed, but each was closed with no solution offered – just a link to the plugin’s page on WordPress (which I’ve searched and found not yet found a solution). Any ideas?

Just ran one more test in order to give the steps and results here:

    – Deleted all images from the gallery
    – Went to “Add Gallery/Images”
    – Using the flash uploader, selected all 52 images to upload
    – It cycled through each as if uploading properly, then went to a white screen (the standard WP Admin bar at the top and the menu at the left were still there)
    – Went to “Manage Gallery”
    – 58 images were listed in the gallery
    – Clicked to see gallery details, 13 were duplicates of images. 45 of the 52 uploaded

    – Attempted to upload remaining pictures, 30 duplicates (including of one I already uploaded and did not select for the second round); one picture not uploaded

    – Attempted to upload final single picture, 11 duplicates, including of a picture I uploaded in round.

Finally, all pictures uploaded and 54 duplicates deleted.

Maybe try not using the flash uploader. Or just upload via FTP, when you manage the gallery just click the Scan Folder for new images button.

    Good luck.
