   In my WordPress 3.0 installation, under Settings > Media, the uploads option is... just not there. I've never had this problem with 2.9.2 or previous versions; just 3.0. I checked the code in options-media.php and the uploading code is there.

   Is anyone else having this issue or is it just me?
