I have my WP blog setup on a Windows Server. It was upgraded today to 2.5. I deleted all the folders the upgrade documentation stated and copied over the new files. Everything works, except for the Upload section. It gives me the error “File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini.”

I have made sure my UPLOADS directory has WRITE permissions.

The weird part is that the files are being uploaded; I just don’t have access to them and they don’t show anywhere. All the posts I read online a specific to unix, so I am hoping someone has another idea for Windows Servers.

    Thanks in advance.
