On the add/edit page and posts areas, the upload/insert media link brings up a blank black overlay with nothing else. As this is how i use the media library, i find this to be an inconceivable.
I have installed: Akismet, Syntax Highlighter ComPress, Ultimate Google Analytics, and Wp e-commerce, all at the latest versions.
This 'works for me' so it's likely either your site or your browser.
First turn off all your plugins.
Then make sure you have javascript working on your computer. Try with a different browser, like Chrome or Firefox.

my bad. I forgot to mention my browser: Chrome
However, it appears to have been a conflict with the woothemes framework. I uninstalled crisp and it worked fine
Let Woothemes knows ASAP, then. That's something they should address, if possible, before 3.3 goes live!
