Upload/Insert Image Problem

    Hi there

    Hope someone can help me. I have WP 3.3.2 and am using Theme canvas 4.6.9
    On Posts or Pages, the Upload/Insert image button or the NextGen image upload button is not working – the pop-up boxes do not appear

    Please Help
