    Hello,

    1) I uploaded all the WP files including "wp-config-sample.php" to my "public_html" directory, After that , I created MYSQL database , by creatig Database Name, Database User Name, Database Passward, Database Host, as per My Host instructions in Host's Members area.

However, the 'wp-config-sample.php" needed to be updated with my MySQL Database as above. I already used WORDPRESS wp-admin/setup-config.php and clicking on "LetsGo" button . I have TOTAL memory of 1500 MB for Hosting my web site. However, I got ERROR message as >> Fatal ERROR. Allowed memory of 67108864 bytes exhausted ( Tried to allocate 30720 bytes ) in ........wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 153 <<

How the memory can get exhausted if it total 1500 MB Disk space ?
Now, how can I delete the same on line 153 as stated above ?

What is the TOTAL MB space required including freespace for WORDPRESS-3.6 Installation completely and successfully ?

    2) And , now , How can I open " wp-config-sample.php" file , which is already UPLOADED to the "public_html" directory , through my "WordPress-3.6" Folder and EDIT the same with my MySQL Database Name ,User name , Passward , Host Name ?? Can I edit the same by opening in Right side REMOTE PANE and save it there ONLINE .

    Please anyone help me

    Thanks,

    Shashikant

Because the issue is PHP memory - not storage space. Try increasing the memory available to PHP.
