   I have registered at 000webhost.com and want to upload a existing WordPress-site(finished, made it offline with Wamp localhost). I have typed in the script for wp-config.php and deleted wp-config-sample.php, but when i am entering the site, i still come to the sample site, even though the content uploaded with filezilla is the finished site. Anyone?

   you need to import the database as well.

   Try this,
   on your Wamp localhost go to Setting -> General and change "WordPress address (URL)" and "Site address (URL)" field into your site URL (www.yourdomain.com) then upload your database file into 000webhost.com via CPanel - phpMyAdmin.
   Or you can directly go to your database in 000webhost.com but it will be little confusing.

   I'm running Wamp server 2.1. Where do i find settings -> general? Sorry, but can't find it in localhost.. Is it for the specific database?

   I'm sorry, it was my false. The "Setting" that I mean is inside your WP offline site.

   If you want to continue using the same setup for testing locally then you will need to change the urls back to localhost once you have exported the database that you can use on online server
