   My domain is on Godaddy where my blog will be practically the entirety of my site. Do I have to add the WordPress plugin on Godaddy to get all of the perks of widgets and such or can I connect all of the blog to my index.html in Dreamweaver and just use it's FTP to upload it to Godaddy without having to actually add the WordPress plugin. I know I sound as though I know whats going on but I really just knew enough to ask this question. Thank you for the help!

   WordPress is not a plugin.
