Uploading wordpress

Hi,

I’m trying to upload a wordpress site. It was built for me by someone who I now can’t get in contact with. I have the login info to the backend etc. and I bought a domain now I just need to know step by step instructions on how to upload it to the site which is at InMotion Hosting.
Any help with be greatly appreciated!!!
