uploading to the wrong directory

    Hi nextgen public uploader, i am having a problem with the public uploading form, it seem that the files being uploaded are uploaded to a wrong path hence the file is not stored.

    I am using :-
    WP 3.6.1
    NextGEN gallery 2.0.31 (tested with 1.9 ver as well, wasn’t working)
    NextGen Public Uploader 1.7.1

    I am using xampp to test it locally.

    The error produced are
    Unable to write to directory C:/xampp/htdocs/wordpress/C:/xampp/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/gallery/ppic. Is this directory writable by the server?

    Which seem like the from of the path got repeated once.
    any help ?
