uploading .rar

    When I go to upload any of my plugins.rar into WP i get this message:

    Plugins.rar
    Unpacking the package…

    Incompatible Archive. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Any Advice for this Newbie? …) Thanks a Million

    Hi socialtycoons,

    You need to upload the plugin in ZIP format, not RAR when using the built-in uploader.
