   Is there a way to upload my updated theme without using the ftp? Or is there a way to *add* a page if not from the Editor or somewhere. I'm getting install failed. I thought I could override my original but no go.

   You could zip the theme folder up and then upload it using Appearance -> Themes -> Install Themes -> Upload.

   Trying to override my original which I uploaded exactly like you described. Trying to update it now and getting failed. Any ideas?

   If you don't have access to FTP, then you'll need to delete the original theme first before you can upload the new version via Appearance -> Themes -> Install Themes -> Upload.

   De-activate it and then use the Delete link in Appearance -> Themes.
