Uploading Media = Fatal Error: Out of Memory

    Hello,

    After upgrading to WP 3.8.1 I am unable to upload images to my media gallery without getting the following message:

    “Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 23068672) (tried to allocate 3120 bytes) in /homepages/12/d498917984/htdocs/wp-includes/class-wp-image-editor.php on line 387”

    I discovered when I toggled the Event Organiser plugin I would be able to upload images without error. Please let me know if there is any way to fix this issue.
