   Hello,

   I am upgrading my wordpress from from 2.6.2 to a later version 3.0.1. I have had loads of problem and the latest is trying to upload images.

   Before the upgrade I could upload images, now, I keep on getting this error message 'Unable to create directory /home/pokerkn1/public_html/wp-content/blogs.dir/102/files/2010/08. Is its parent directory writable by the server?'.

   Can anyone please point me in the right direction as to what to do?

   Are you using multisite?

   Did you chmod 777 for blogs.dir?

   Is the image in the server?

   Hi

   It is multisite and the images are not necessaily in the server. I never had this problem before only since the update.

   I am not sure what chmod 777 for blogs.dir is?
