• The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/blogname/public_html/acmeblog/wp-content/uploads/2009/05.

I get that error when I try to upload a image in WordPress, but I don’t have a “home” or a folder after the /home but I do have a path as the following:

    /public_html/acmeblog/wp-content/

Except I don’t have this part

    uploads/2009/05.

How come WP is just not creating it and placing the images on it’s own ?

I did as you mentioned and I still get this error:

The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/pathname/public_html/blogname/wp-content/uploads/2009/05

    Arrrgh.
