Hi all.
I am having trouble uploading images and media to my wordpress, when I upload it says "File upload stopped by extension." I have tried all different file types, sizes, with the flash uploader, with the browser uploader, I have restarted my machine and cleared my cache, and nothing is working... This only started tonight after I upgraded to 3.0.4.
Any answers?
Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Yeah tried all of those, and still nothing... anything else?

I am having the same problem. I get all the way to inserting a link to the media and the uploader freezes.
@Joshthedude: What file types were you trying to upload?

I just tried unistalling and re installing but still no luck
Have you ever been able to upload image files via WordPress?

Yeah it only stopped working last night

I installed it on a different domain and it worked, but then I re installed it on my old domain and nothing again... no idea
