Uploading images in 1.3 alpha 2

    I know that I must be being really stupid here, but I can’t see how to upload images in 1.3. There’s no “Upload” between “Templates” and “profile” like there was in Mingus.
    I’ve also installed the image-browser plug-in but when it’s selecetd it doesn’t find a page.
    So, what’s the blindingly obvious thing that I’m missing?

    Forget the first problem; yes, I am just stupid.
    But the second one remains. I enter in the suggested URL but it still goes to a “The requested URL was not found on this server” page.
