Uploading images fix: Argument is not an array

When uploading an image I got the message array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in (file location)… a fix (for now) can be found at: http://getshopped.org/forums/topic/warning-array_merge-functionarray-merge/ — go to #217801 dated Aug 1.
The fix does work, but as the person who recommended it suggests any upgrade to your plugin will overwrite it. Hopefully this will be fixed in a future version of the plugin.
