Uploading images

    Hi I am having trouble uploading images to media?

    The uploads folder is unlocked 777 and all other files are unlocked
    wp-content/uploads is where i store images.

    I just get an error coming up “has failed to upload due to an error”

    “The uploaded file could not be moved to”

    can anyone help please
