Hi, I'm curious if anyone can tell me how to upload my pic
to the spot where the gravatar image is - I found instances
of [bb_gravtar] in the header.php file, but not sure I want
to mess with the code without doing it just right. Any help
would be greatly appreciated!

You can add a gravatar to your email address by signing up at http://www.gravatar.com
That's the easiest.

Hi, thanks for the reply! I did use gravatar to get an account
with my email - now how do I upload my image on wordpress? I'm

You don't. You upload your image on Gravatar. Then it magically shows up here. :)
On your blog, all you have to do is go to Settings -> Discussion and scroll down to Avatars. You'll see it.
