   I just installed WordPress and am trying to upload a header banner. This worked OK with a very low res file. When I went to upload a jpeg 1.5MB it won't upload, the process seems to freeze for a very long time and no image uploads. I've tried this for several images.

   What's happening? How do I upload a header image?

   Can you try a smaller image? 1.5megs is pretty big for a header.
