You don’t have permission to access /wordpress_test/wp-admin/media-upload.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Ok then i need more information to be able to troubleshoot this problem. Is this problem occurring in a plugin or theme that is using the media-upload.php file? BPS does not block the media-upload.php file in general for normal WordPress image uploads. In some rare cases BPS will only block a plugin or theme from using the media-upload.php file because of the way the media-upload.php file is being called by that plugin or theme.

Please post your system information from the BPS System Info page.

I just noticed that your WordPress installation folder looks like this website is in Development. Is this a Live Production site or a Development site? If the site is in Development and/or in Maintenance Mode then this would most likely be the cause of not being able to upload image files depending on which .htaccess file you are using. ie secure.htaccess or maintenance.htaccess or of course if you are using another plugin that has Maintenance Mode.
    WordPress Installation Folder: /~charmmar/TMA/

    Please do these steps below.
    1. Click the AutoMagic buttons
    2. Activate All BulletProof Modes.
    3. Test uploading.

Also since this is a Development server/site you might need to take the site out of Development mode and make it Live to test BPS depending on how you have setup your Development site and other factors like DNS, 401 directory protection, etc.

it is happening in Theme and also in post or page editor…in uploading options not working ……in wordpress main media section is working Fine

    (@aitpro)

Ok now we are getting somewhere. Since the WordPress media-upload.php file works fine for WordPress then I need to know the name of the Theme so that i can test it. What exactly is this “…and also in post or page editor…in uploading options not working…”? I assume these things are all part of the Theme that you are using?

Switch to the WordPress 2011 or WordPress 2012 Theme and test BPS so that i know for sure that it is your Theme.

    am using the INSPIRED theme

in post or page editor uploading options not working… and
    also in theme

    Plugin Author AITpro

    (@aitpro)

BPS does not block or stop the Post or Page Editor Image upload feature from working so this must still have something to do with your theme or maybe another plugin that is hooking into WordPress.

Switch to the WordPress 2011 or WordPress 2012 Theme and test BPS so that i know for sure that it is your Theme.
