Uploading file with curl 2 same sites, and error on one

    Hello !
    Problem i have met is strange to me, so i ask for help, first of all:
    I have 2 wordpress sites, and using them as galleries, i’m a busy person so i found a way hot to add the images to them by simple script i can run from home, but theres a problem, normaly files i upload are located in mysite.com/uploads/year/month/day/file.jpg in first of my sites: first.com, and second.com, both uploads directories have chmod 755, and hoever first.com always gets uploaded image with success( script also creates proper directory struct if one does not exists by using mkdir($path,0777)
    )
    but on second.com the problem occurs that on some days its doesnt generate the proper structure so file is lost,
    is there a way i could use somes of wp files to make my uploading without errors?
