   Hi, i'm running WordPress 2.8.2 and I have downloaded Windows live writer. It all seems to be working well I can upload etc etc. The issue is that once I upload to my blog the <p> tags and the <h> tags are all stuffed up. They are missing the "< >". So for instance i'll have the title: "<h1> My Title </h1>" and it shows up "h1My Title/h1" I have gone into the writing setting and enabled XML-RPC and Atom publishing. I tested uploading to a blog i created on the WordPress.com site and it seems to be working fine on there. Is there an option I might be missing somewhere?

   I can't help you here, but maybe someone else can. In the meanwhile I would post your issues at the Live Writer Forum and see if others there have the same issue. People have posted questions there on WordPress related issues.

   I found a plugin which fixes this, its an issue with the host provider
