I'm trying to upload a video file and both Flash and Browser uploaders choke. The file is bigger than the max. Is there any work around? Can I upload via FTP?

Sure you can. Create a folder in root and FTP upload your files there. When you create a link to the video, make reference to full path of video http://www.example.com/mediafoldercreated/nameoffile.swf

Posted 3 years ago #Merci. It sure works. For the sake of simplicity and organization, I uploaded the video to the uploads area of the blog on the server.
