Uploading an image

    Hello!

    I am trying to upload an image but I get this error message.

    Unable to create directory c:\www\www.youarewrong.be\www\blog/wp-content/uploads/2007/01. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
    Back to Image Uploading

    How can I fix this.

    I am Completely new to this
