Uploading affiliate link

Hi

I have recently put up a wp site to help me to promote an affiliate link. My site is called http://www.raybarnet.info and I was told to upload the affiliate link to that site.

Can you please tell me where within WP I upload it to. For example, I know that I upload new themes to THEMES, etc. but I can’t understand where to upload this affiliate link so that when someone puts http://www.raybarnett.info/affiliatelink.htm in the address bar it opens up the link.
