I purchased a MAC WP template from flashmint and cannot upload the zip file into my WP account. It is 16.9MB. It will not connect. All my MAMP settings are fine. Any help would be appreciated...

The default PHP upload limit on most server installations is 2 MB.
You mention MAMP - so is this a local install?
If so, simply download the theme and then manually move it into the wp-content folder on your Mac. The altnernative is to increase the PHP upload limit in your installation but that's a bit more complicated.
