Uploaded Video Does Not Play

    I have a MP4 video uploaded directly to a WP here
    http://www.4wehelp.com/commercial-movers

    It seems to work in IE and in Firefox but does not work consistently in Chrome. In Chrome ometimes it will show and play for a few seconds, sometimes it will play the whole way through, other times it will not play at all.

    On the homepage http://www.4wehelp.com/ there is a MP4 video that was also uploaded and is working fine.

    Any suggestions? Hosting on YouTube and embedding is not an option.
