   Hi,
   i am uploading the plugins into

   up-content/plugins directory but still the plugins are not visible on the dashboard so that i can activate them,

   please help

   make sure you unzip properly into wp-content/plugins

   So example if plugin directory name is DIR1

   then unzip into wp-content/plugins/DIR1

   NOT

   wp-content/plugins/DIR1/DIR1

   (i.e. two levels)
