Are you sure that the theme folder is in the themes folder? If you have access to FTP, try navigating to your themes folder using Filezilla or some other FTP tool and make sure that the folder is in the right spot. You might have an extra sub-folder somewhere.

thank you christine! i've checked the cpanel and yes it does contain the new theme in the theme folder. i've tried filezilla but unfortunately i couldn't connect to the server using filezilla i don't know why. i've notice that in wordpress when i logged in it says (Although your site address is xxxxx.com, keep in mind that your dashboard address is xxxxx.wordpress.com/wp-admin/.) and my primary domain is xxxxx.com and i've tried to edit the DNS but it gives me this error when i clicked validate without saving ..

In case there's an issue with that particular theme, try uploading another theme and see if it shows up in Appearance > Themes.

Also make sure that your DNS is pointed properly. If you're accessing the wrong content online because your domain is pointed improperly, you'll never see any of your changes.

Make sure that your desired theme has 755 permissions on the folder.

What is your domain name? We can check to see if it is pointed to BlueHost or not. If not, you would need to contact your domain registrar for help to get it pointed there.
