Upload User Photo Not Working

Hi,

I’ve been using this plugin for the past few months with great success. It’s really a helpful plugin. Today, though, I’ve been struggling with it.

When I try to upload an image, it drops me in an ‘not found’ page: http://www.URL.com/wp-admin/user-edit.php. Typically, when there is an update to the user it has dropped me here: http://www.URL.com/wp-admin/user-edit.php?user_id=330&updated=true&wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2Fusers.php

So. Any ideas on what’s happening? Have people run into this as well? I’ve tried deactivating the plugin; I’ve tried deactivating other plugins. I don’t really have any idea where to start troubleshooting this issue.
