    Hi there!
This morning my blog has started working in a bizarre way.

Firstly, the W.P. admin had no css. However this one seems to be fixed as I updated it to the 2.9.2 so the backend is appearing now as before (graphically speaking).

Secondly, along with this all the posts’ covers has disappeared… they could be picked up accordingly to the following criteria:
    http://www.mywebsite.it/blog/wp-content/themes/mmd_template/thumb.php?src=http://www.mywebsite.it/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/post_cover.jpg&h=212px&w=457px&zc=1&q=95
The bizarre part is that images into the posts are correctly shown.

    (this is the website's homepage: http://www.makemydaymag.com )

I do believe that it could be a connection with the string I received after every image uploaded: "RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRV7030" (the last numbers are differents every time)

Despite the strange message the image results uploaded and perfectly reachable.

Following I have uploaded the screenshot of what happen:
    http://www.makemydaymag.com/img/mediaupload_eng.gif

Has anybody a clue of what is going on and if there is anything I can do? I need to see these covers on the homepage again.

    Thanks for help,
    Andrea

    Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    - re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?
