"Download"? Do you mean upload? What's it doing or not doing?

the person I spoke to at Bluehost said to use the word download. I have an illustration that I would like to make available on my website as a download. When I go to "add media" on the edit post section of my webpage, it uploads an image. The image is not the image i uploaded. It looks like a generic image of a mountain and some text around it.

What format is the image in? Link to your site?

by format do you mean, pdf? what I would like to do is make an illustration available on my website so that someone could download and then print the image. I would like to have a section for children where they could download an activity.

If you're brand new to WordPress, this would be a good starting point:

    also: http://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins

Most plugins have some info on using them included - once you install it. Or you can also look at the plugin's page (link above - click on the various tabs).

    Wpyogi,

Can you shed some light on a problem I'm having? When I upload a pdf in wordpress, the format of it changes. The margins, in particular, widen. The pdf looks fine on my computer but comes in weird when downloaded off WordPress. Please let me know what i can do to fix this.

    Thanks
