Upload new WordPress site to old site without WordPress

The old site is not a wordpress site. If it helps here is the old site: http://www.ctc-adv.com/index.asp

I don’t know how to erase that site so that I can upload my new WordPress site.

While I am waiting to hear back about PHP being installed on my site, I was wondering what the next step would be? After it’s installed how do I upload my new site to override my old site.

I need to transfer the new site to the old site. I would love to be able to just leave the site and transfer the domain name, but that’s not an option.
